Fizeau Interferometers

              From Zygo Corporation

Verifire HD - highest performance interferometer – The Verifire HD provides the highest level
of commercial performances available in a phase-shifting interferometer including new QPSI
acquisition. The Verifire HD combines unique illumination and revolutionary data acquisition with
CARS (Coherent Artefact Reduction System) for noise and speckle reduction. Its internal high-quality
design (same as Dynafiz) and its very high-resolution cameras (choice between 1,2Kx1,2 K and
2,3Kx2,3K), give you the highest performance to control your optics.

Verifire MST - Wavelenght shifting Fizeau interferometer for multi surfaces cavities – Using
for simultaneous measurements of the front and back surface of transparent optics, thickness
variation, wedge and 2-step homogeneity. The Verifire MST can measure two, three and even
four-surfaces cavities. Shows all of the surfaces, or only the surface of interest, within the
MetroPro software. Artifacts are naturally suppressed using FTPSI, eliminating the need for an
              extended source. OPTICS
Verifire Asphere - 3D metrology of aspheric surfaces – The Verifire Asphere is based on
two of Zygo’s core competencies, the patented multi-zoned metrology method provides a high
resolution aspheric surface measurement. With multiple axes of motorized stages, the Verifire
Asphere offers automated alignment, acquisition and analysis of aspheres. The result is a fast,
high resolution quantitative aspheric surface measurement.

              Features:
              • Standard 4” or 6” aperture
              • Complete accessory
              • Zygo transmission spheres and flats
              • Automated asphere measurement
