Optical lens alignment and measurement
stations for precision optics
For more than 20 years, Opto Alignment has been developing laser-based,
non contact alignment stations (LAS) with micrometer accuracy. The laser
wavelength can be chosen between the UV and the FIR. Through reflection
on the rotating sample, the laser beam is detected and analyzed, which
allows conclusions on lens tilt and decentration.
LAS-BT – The highly cost-effective bonchtop
The LAS-BT system with its light weight needs only little space thanks to its compact design. It was
made for cementing or aligning lens doublets, centering lenses during small lens-assemblies, or
inspecting completed small assemblies for centration and tilt. Available wavelengths : 520 nm and
660 nm.
LAS-P – The modular optical alignment station OPTICS
The LAS-P can be used with a variety of different wavelengths. The optional combination with a
laser interferometer enables the simoultaneous measurements of lens tilt and decentration, center
thickness and air-spaces.
LAS-UP – The modular high-end alignment station
The LAS-UP features a high resolution and accomodates sample sizes ut to 600 mm. A variety of
different wavelengths are available. The optional combination with a laser interferometer enables
the simoultaneous measurement of lens tilt and decentration, center thickness and air-spaces.
LAS-IR – Alignment module for IR optics
The LAS-IR module includes one light source for the VIS range and one for the IR. Available IR
wavelengths are 1.55 µm, 2.94 µm and 9.55 µm. LAS-IR allows the characterization and alignment
of both tilt and decentration of IR optics.
