Solar Simulators & Solar Cell Characterization

              LOT-QuantumDesign supply a variety of solar simulators. These light sources provide a uniform,
              collimated output beam with a close spectral match to sunlight.

                 • Large beam area: 110 x 110 mm, 160 x 160 mm, 210 x 210 mm, 260 x 260 mm

              LOT-QuantumDesign, in partnership with ReRa Solutions, can offer a variety of components for solar
              cell I-V characterization.

                 • Silicon/GaAs reference cells                                                                           LIGHT & LASERS
                 • Kelvin probes with a range of tips to suit a variety of cell contacts
                 • User friendly I-V software for measurements of Voc, Isc, Jsc, Impp, Vmpp, FF, efficiency
                 • Variety of probe stations (low cost, temperature controlled, automated/multiplexed setups)


              SpeQuest: A turn-key quantum efficiency (QE) measurement system
              The SpeQuest system is suited for all types of cells. Based on monochromatic light sources and
              depending on the application, it can be equipped with a halogen lamp or with an additional xenon light
              source for measurements in the UV range.
              Features:
                 • 350-1800 nm standard spectral range (can be extended down to 280 nm with dual lamp configuration)    40
