Multi-parametric surface plasmon resonance
(MP-SPR)
The new generation of SPR from BioNavis
MP-SPR Navi instruments have been developed for surface analysis in a
number of key applications areas, expanding the use of SPR from biomolecular
interactions to new applications such as material characterization and sensor
development.
MP-SPR Navi systems help characterize :
• Layer properties : Refractive index (n), Thickness (d), Extinction coefficient (k), Density (p), Surface
coverage, Swelling (∆d), Optical dispersion
MATERIALS SCIENCE Adhesion, Electrochemistry (E, I, omega)
• Molecular interactions : Kinetics (kon, koff), Affinity (KD), Adsorption / Absorption, Desorption,
Features:
• True goniometric SPR enabling a wide angular scan range (40-78°)
• Multiple wavelenght capabilities
• Flexible sensor-slide system with a large range of surfaces
• Automated versions for ease of use and high throughput
Aplications:
• Drug discovery
• New materials and coatings
• Process optimization of thin film manufacturing
• Biosensors and rapid testing methods
• Self cleaning surfaces
13 • Environmental safety
