Confocal Raman/AFM/SNOM Microscopes

              TrueSurface microscopy allows confocal Raman imaging along heavily inclined or very rough samples
              with the surface held in constant focus while maintaining the highest confocality.


              RISE – World’s first fully-integrated Raman imaging and scanning electron
              microscope
              RISE microscopy is a novel correlative microscopy technique that combines SEM and confocal Raman imaging.
              Through RISE microscopy ultra-structural surface properties can be linked to molecular compound information.

              alpha300 RA chemical and nanoscale imaging system – incorporates the features of the alpha300 R   along the topography
              along with the features of the alpha300 A for high-resolution nanoscale surface characterization.
              alpha300 RS combined Raman and scanning nearfield optical microscopy (SNOM) system – facilitates
              confocal Raman imaging in combination with SNOM for optical imaging with resolution beyond
              the diffraction limit. It combines all the features of the alpha300 S and alpha300 R and many AFM

              By combining the imaging techniques, simultaneous Raman-AFM analysis, TERS, and Nearfield-Raman
